This is my first post for the quarter! I am really only making this so that there is a starting point for the class because Mr. Pinto likes to use Twitter and Google's blog option.
I can't really remember why, but it is a pretty neat way of completing the class. Although some might not enjoy the use of blogger, or twitter, allowing various people from any and all sources to be able to read it at their leisure, in the end, it doesn't really matter, because what's worse than having random people read your work? You guessed it, your boss. So i guess all I really got to say at the moment is suck it up. It isn't the end of the world! Take the time to do this part, including the Twitter portion, correctly so that you don't run into any larger obstacles in the future regarding the subject.

Bratz Brawl
I feel like the whole Bratz Brawl issue needs to be forgotten. It just doesn’t make any sense. One group says that it is their idea, the other says it is theirs. Both are guilty of stealing from the other.
As a final note, it seems to me like they are both fighting to see who is more in the wrong. It just looks like bad business to me.
Week 9 EOC : Used Cars
- Use of illegal winnings
- Lying under oath
- Presenting false evidence
- Disrupting court
- Intimidating the defendant
- Illegal purchase of cars under table
Your Own Argument and Opinions (FINAL)
As far as my own argument, I only have one.
Could I use legally purchased music from iTunes or some other website in my public projects?Yes.
This, I do not agree with. I am pretty sure that you can NOT do this. Just by purchasing a song from, say, iTunes and then using it in a large for-profit project is illegal. I think so because you are not buying permission to use the song, rather than just to listen to it.
